Position
FIBCOS publishes the method before the record, so the method is what you judge.
Every framework, rule and disclosure here was written to govern a record that does not exist yet. That order is deliberate: a methodology set before the first measurement cannot be shaped by the result. Where a figure is not yet available, the site names the gap in the place the figure will occupy.
FIBCOS philosophy
Research is the engine. Not content, not commentary, not distribution. Everything public on this website is downstream of completed research.
Structure over cycle. A high growth rate is not an advantage. An advantage is a characteristic of the business that makes a high growth rate difficult for others to take away.
The record is permanent. Inclusions, removals, thesis reversals and periods of underperformance all stay visible. A record that only shows what worked is not a record.
Discipline over volume. FIBCOS would rather cover seven companies in a market properly than fifty superficially. Coverage depth follows the research, not a publishing schedule.
Structural Alpha philosophy
Structural Alpha is the proposition that durable excess return, where it exists, comes from correctly identifying structural advantage and underwriting it for longer than the market is willing to — not from anticipating short-horizon information.
That proposition imposes obligations. It requires an explicit statement of what the advantage is and why it persists. It requires stating in advance what evidence would prove the thesis wrong. And it requires acting on that evidence when it arrives, which is why Under Review is a published status rather than an internal one.

FIBCOS research output is prepared by the FIBCOS Research Desk and approved by the Office of the Founder. Every publication carries that attribution.
